You'll serve as the onsite lead for a primary care practice, ensuring operational excellence through daily management, scheduling, and inventory. You'll coach and mentor team members to deliver high-quality patient experiences and support growth within a transforming healthcare organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure operational readiness through team check-ins and staffing reviews
• Coach, mentor, and recognize team members
• Manage inventory including ordering and expiration tracking
• Perform front-of-house duties and clinical tasks like venipuncture

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year supervisory experience in healthcare or customer service
• Graduated from a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program
• Active Medical Assistant certification from a recognized body
• Experience fostering collaborative team dynamics

• Experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS) and service recovery
• Proficiency in venipuncture on pediatric to geriatric populations
• Knowledge of billing and insurance processes
