You'll frame real-world problems into engineering challenges, develop algorithms and tools, and scale them to Google-sized data pipelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure car behavior is safe, smooth, and predictable for other road users
• Handle complex social situations like merging and negotiating narrow roads
• Develop tools, algorithms, and evaluation mechanisms for driving behavior
• Scale solutions to Google-sized data pipelines and real-time car deployment

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, ML, Robotics, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years software engineering experience programming in C++
• Experience collaborating with different teams

• MS in Computer Science, ML, or Robotics
• Experience solving motion planning or related robotics problems
• Experience evaluating ML-based systems
