💼 About This Role

You'll be a high-ownership contributor to Fondue, Postscript's cashback and incentives product, and own critical systems like billing and onboarding. You'll evolve distributed systems with significant greenfield opportunity, implementing AI-first development practices and driving technical standards for scalability. This role offers high autonomy in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Fondue product architecture and become the technical expert for cashback and incentives.
• Design and execute solutions across evolving distributed systems with high ambiguity.
• Drive system decoupling and modularization into independently deployable components.
• Implement AI-first coding practices to accelerate development cycles.
• Build and maintain highly available, scalable REST APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience building large-scale backend systems and APIs.
• Typescript experience (Go, Python, Java valued).
• Experience with autoscaling strategies on Kubernetes or similar orchestration.
• Comfortable using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

• React experience.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building on AWS and using Datadog.
