Description

In this role at ALO, you will use data, technology, and investigative techniques to minimize shrinkage, ensure safety, and protect assets across flagship and surrounding stores. You'll conduct investigations, monitor surveillance, analyze inventory data, and partner with store teams and law enforcement to implement loss prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations in retail
• Ability to travel within market and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Proficiency in surveillance systems, MS Office, and store systems (RFID, Shopify)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Use data and strategy to achieve company shrinkage goals in assigned stores
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and operational losses
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activities and identify suspicious behavior
• Analyze RFID data for item-level investigations of top loss items
• Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams during investigations
