You will drive quality engineering excellence through scalable automation frameworks, owning the automation-first strategy across the SDLC. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases and support customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 12+ years QA experience with strong automation focus
• Experience with Selenium, Robot Framework, Python/Java
• API testing using Postman or similar
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

• Define QA strategy based on risk and production insights
• Design and maintain automation frameworks (Python/Java)
• Enhance automation suites (Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright)
• Drive shift-left testing across UI, API, backend
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
