You'll own the full NYC office experience at a high-growth healthtech startup. You'll manage facilities, vendors, culture programming, and team events to make the office a place people genuinely want to be. This role is a cultural anchor and offers high visibility with leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage facilities, vendors, workspace setup, supplies, and packages end-to-end
- Own food and snack program from ordering to replenishment
- Ensure seamless in-office onboarding: desk setup, access, office tour
- Plan and execute team events and culture-building activities
๐ Requirements
- In-office presence in NYC 5 days/week
- Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Hospitality mindset with attention to detail
