You'll own the full NYC office experience at a high-growth healthtech startup. You'll manage facilities, vendors, culture programming, and team events to make the office a place people genuinely want to be. This role is a cultural anchor and offers high visibility with leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage facilities, vendors, workspace setup, supplies, and packages end-to-end
  • Own food and snack program from ordering to replenishment
  • Ensure seamless in-office onboarding: desk setup, access, office tour
  • Plan and execute team events and culture-building activities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • In-office presence in NYC 5 days/week
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Hospitality mindset with attention to detail
