You'll own the performance measurement infrastructure at a global B2B SaaS company, building KPI tracking across key business functions. Your core impact will be turning complex data into clear performance visibility and ensuring KPIs are measured consistently. This role offers the chance to build systems from scratch and become the company's foremost expert on business performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the performance measurement infrastructure long-term
• Create and improve scorecards and dashboards in Google Sheets
• Validate calculations and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Partner with stakeholders to understand metrics and reporting needs

📋 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Senior-level experience in BI or analytics
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Solid SQL skills and experience with BigQuery

• Experience using AI tools in analytical work
