You'll serve as the primary technical liaison for CXone customers during custom deployment projects, translating requirements into designs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit and document client requirements for Statements of Work
• Design scalable CXone solutions using AI and NLP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver solutions
• Present solution approaches and project readouts to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of solution architecture experience
• 5+ years consulting or customer engagement experience
• 5+ years contact center experience
• Experience with integration architecture and solution design

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies
• Experience with Cognigy or similar platforms
