💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow senior client relationships in Kuwait, working with leading GCC clients as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite leadership. You'll own revenue targets and drive organic growth across Monks' full service offering. This role offers the chance to shape digital transformation in a rapidly expanding market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary executive contact for senior clients in Kuwait and GCC
• Build C-suite relationships and act as strategic advisor on digital maturity
• Lead quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and executive presentations
• Own revenue targets with accountability for retention, growth, and profitability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of digital marketing or MarTech experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
• Proven track record managing $1M+ annual revenue accounts
• Deep knowledge of digital landscape including paid media, social, CRM
