You'll maintain the vegetation cycle of all sustainable plants in a cannabis cultivation facility. Your care directly impacts plant health and production goals. This role requires strict compliance with safety and regulations in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Care for plants in vegetative state (mom, clone, or veg room).
• Transplant, cut clones, water, trim, prune, defoliate plants.
• Recognize strain-specific growth patterns and anomalies.
• Participate in all aspects of plant maintenance as needed.

• Associate's degree or certifications preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use simple math for calculations.
