💼 About This Role

You'll manage product rollouts and build Wave's agent network in the DRC. You'll ensure agent quality and compliance while engaging users to inform local strategy. This role offers a chance to drive financial inclusion in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure agent quality and compliance with legal and policy requirements.
• Train agents on applications, contracts, rebalancing, and fraud management.
• Collaborate with BTL team to build a well-branded agent network.
• Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and French.
• 2-3 years of experience in field sales, microfinance, telecoms, or fintech.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zone.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, challenging field conditions.
