You'll serve patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. Your core impact is maintaining specimen integrity and quality results. You'll work with PHI and comply with HIPAA regulations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens
• Verify patient identification and test requisitions
• Maintain specimen integrity and track collected specimens
• Resolve unusual test orders by contacting appropriate personnel

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certificate if required by state
