💼 About This Role

You'll own preparatory accounting and spending management processes across multiple European entities. You'll drive continuous improvements in financial workflows, support non-dilutive funding, and assist in fundraising activities. This role offers exposure to the fast-growing private markets industry while working closely with a dynamic team in Berlin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own spending management processes via Moss, including preparatory accounting
• Support billing and debtor management across entities
• Drive improvements in financial workflows and spending efficiency
• Contribute to funding rounds through data room preparation and due diligence support

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in an in-house finance role or consultancy
• Hands-on experience with DATEV, Stripe, or Moss spend management tools
• Fluency in German and English (C1+)
• Completed training as a tax clerk/accountant or equivalent

• SaaS or fund industry experience
• Experience with multi-entity structures across Germany, UK, and Netherlands
