You'll lead visual merchandising and store operations at Alo, a premium yoga lifestyle brand. Your impact ensures product presentation drives sales and enhances the guest experience. This role combines creative vision with hands-on execution in a high-energy retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute visual merchandising changes per directive and partnership with Visual Manager
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor replenishment
• Utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities with product placement
• Lead and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making
• High energy, upbeat, and self-motivated
• Open availability including peak days and weekends
