💼 About This Role

You'll design and build user-facing features for an AI-native enterprise data platform used by RevOps teams at top companies. You'll own projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, helping scale from $3M to $30M ARR. This role offers direct collaboration with founders and a chance to shape the product and infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Designing and developing product features that impact user workflows
• Collaborating with design, product, and engineers on user experiences
• Writing clean, reliable, scalable code across the stack
• Integrating with CRMs and third-party APIs

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of software or product engineering experience
• Expert with frontend engineering (NextJS, React, TypeScript)
• Strong understanding of LLM application development patterns (RAG, prompt engineering)
• Ability to operate autonomously in a small, high-velocity team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI-driven or data-heavy products
• Backend experience (NodeJS, Postgres, TypeScript)
• Understanding of CRM data models or workflow automation
