Description

You will lead the performance marketing engine at Justworks, owning strategy and execution across paid search, SEO, and affiliate channels. You'll manage a team, optimize channel performance, and partner cross-functionally to drive high-quality demand and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years in performance marketing, ideally B2B or B2B2C
• 3+ years managing and developing a team of marketers
• Deep hands-on experience with paid search, SEO/AEO, and affiliate channels
• Proven track record managing $10M+ performance budgets
• Demonstrated impact on pipeline, revenue, and customer growth

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid search, SEO/AEO, and affiliate channels
• Lead and develop a team of performance marketing specialists
• Use performance data and experimentation to guide investment decisions and improve efficiency
• Own performance reporting including pipeline contribution and efficiency metrics
• Partner with Integrated Media, Lifecycle Marketing, Web Experience, Marketing Operations, and RevOps
