💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end product development for waste and recycling software, shaping direction and shipping impactful solutions. Your work will power routing, dispatch, and billing for thousands of haulers, from small family businesses to large municipal contracts. This role offers high autonomy as our first PM hire, partnering directly with engineering and design leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product direction and prioritize roadmap for owned areas.
• Run customer discovery through interviews, site visits, and usability tests.
• Write detailed PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years B2B SaaS product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping complex software end-to-end.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs and data models with engineers.
• Experience with product analytics measuring adoption and friction.
