💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an excellent customer experience and training new team members. Your work directly helps eliminate hunger through our partnership with Feeding America. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Open and close the store, including register and sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and support loss prevention.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
