🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain rolling experiment backlog and ensure no one waits for a brief
• Own experiment tracker structure, completeness, and consistency
• Track approval and review SLAs, surface stuck items
• Run weekly cross-pillar sync focused on collisions and dependencies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years running operations or program management in high-throughput environment
• Has built or rebuilt a tracking or operating system from scratch
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (pivots, lookups); can read basic SQL or Looker
• Strong written English and async-first communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)
• Experience with paid platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
• Knowledge of A/B testing tools and marketing attribution platforms
