You'll maintain and evolve a modern IT infrastructure supporting a rapidly scaling organization, working across endpoint management, identity systems, and cloud platforms. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to solve complex problems and automate processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage identity and access systems across MacOS, Windows, and Linux environments
• Maintain endpoint management platforms and device compliance baselines
• Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve escalated issues
• Contribute to AI-driven workflows and automation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar
• Strong knowledge of MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Experience with scripting using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Shell
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-integrated workflows or LLM APIs
• Experience with identity management and MDM platforms like Okta or Jamf
