Description

You will own the design, deployment, and ongoing health of machine learning systems that directly drive Kargo's revenue, including bid pricing, CTR prediction, viewability, and audience targeting. You'll bridge data science and production engineering to turn models into reliable, scalable systems that perform under real-world ad tech conditions.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Owned full ML lifecycle from training through inference, monitoring, and iteration

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain production ML systems for bid pricing, pacing, CTR prediction, viewability, and audience targeting
• Establish monitoring and alerting for model drift and degradation
• Automate model versioning, updates, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize ML infrastructure (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) for performance and cost
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration and shared standards
