You'll spearhead the US expansion of Magic Notes, an AI tool that saves frontline workers 8+ hours weekly. You'll build and scale customer success processes for our first US partnerships, driving adoption and renewals. This hands-on role offers direct impact on social impact missions and career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead onboarding for new US partners, remote and in-person
• Drive product adoption through training and feedback sessions
• Evaluate pilots by gathering benchmark data and analyzing impact
• Identify account expansion opportunities and secure renewals
