You'll lead a team of engineers shaping how growth work gets done at Chime. You'll drive experimentation strategy and execution for the Late Stage Experience team. This role offers real ownership of a newer team with executive support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers
• Partner cross-functionally to define growth strategies
• Drive experimentation strategy and execution
• Contribute to technical direction and architecture decisions

📋 Requirements

• Managed engineering teams working on growth, conversion, or retention problems
• Experience running experimentation programs including test design and analysis
• Strong track record of partnering with Product, Design, and Data to drive data-informed decisions
• Experience hiring and growing engineers in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
