You'll drive deal strategies and decision-making at a remote-first real estate startup, partnering with sales, finance, and transactions teams. You'll balance risk and reward to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers, agents, and the business. This role requires weekend availability and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Develop deal structures balancing valuation, risk, and market conditions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in residential property underwriting or inspections.
• Skilled in reviewing diverse inspection reports (residential, electrical, etc.).
• Strong understanding of unit economics and product lifecycle processes.
