Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, designing custom workout programs and using the Svetness app to track client progress. You'll work one-on-one or with couples, conducting reassessments every 4-6 weeks and ensuring proper exercise form.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited Personal Trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions including programming and session notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance with modifications
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client session appointments through scheduling software
