You'll lead a national field activation team to drive brand presence and in-market relevance for Curaleaf's wholesale portfolio. You'll design regional marketing programs and oversee in-store activations and events that shape shopper behavior. This role is central to accelerating growth in a highly regulated, dynamic industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement national and regional marketing programs
• Lead in-store activations, trade shows, and brand events
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, brand, and compliance teams
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a national field marketing team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field marketing or brand activation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven track record of breakthrough brand programs in retail
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment
