You'll drive end-to-end delivery of features for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions. Your core impact will be building high-performance Flutter applications that enable meaningful digital connections. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape technical decisions across Android and iOS platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile features from design to release
• Implement scalable Flutter apps with focus on performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with product, QA, backend, and architecture teams
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and app store release cycles

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial Flutter and Dart development
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and authentication (OAuth2, tokens)
• Proficient in Git workflows and Agile methodologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry
• Exposure to native Android/iOS integrations
