Description

In this role, you will own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes for in-house production of Starlink products. You'll drive volume production, improve quality and reliability, and collaborate with design engineers to enhance manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, SMT, hardware debug, design for reliability, or PCB design and layout
• Hands-on experience with SMT processing or related PCBA processes
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods (e.g., experiment design, process capability analysis)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work weekends/extended hours as needed, and travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Own and manage PCBA manufacturing processes for in-house production
• Drive processes for volume production including execution, nonconforming product management, configuration management, traceability, and process control
• Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers and process specialists
• Use process capability analysis, gauge R&R, and other tools to lead new equipment selection
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing product output, quality, and cost
