• Scale the AML Compliance Solutions function and build repeatable processes.
• Develop clear documentation and client guides for onboarding and support.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on compliance features.
• Support internal risk programs and regulatory change management.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in AML operations within banking, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, alert review, KYC/KYB, or sanctions screening.
• Deep understanding of AML regulatory frameworks and operational compliance.
• Ability to translate complex compliance concepts into clear documentation.
