• Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features
• Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented software following best practices
• Conduct thorough code reviews for both human and AI generated code
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software with minimum supervision

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Full-stack experience comfortable shipping features end-to-end
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation
