🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Prepare and assemble new patient charts accurately.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls regarding medical records.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Detail and quality oriented for accurate medical records.
