Description

As a Technical Account Manager at Cast AI, you'll serve as the technical leader and trusted advisor for enterprise Kubernetes customers, independently managing complex environments and building long-term relationships. You'll drive renewals, lead onboarding, and conduct business reviews while collaborating with a global team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted technical advisor and first point of escalation for customers
  • Lead technical onboarding, ensuring all clusters are connected within 90 days
  • Drive renewals and account expansion in partnership with Account Managers
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews showcasing cost savings and automation wins
