💼 About This Role

You'll join Remote's Onboarding and Mobility team, managing global employee transitions and immigration compliance. You'll directly impact the global employment landscape by ensuring smooth cross-border moves. This role offers the chance to work with a fully remote team across six continents and influence global mobility programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems.
• Provide guidance on travel needs and immigration processes.
• Take ownership of senior-level escalations.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.

📋 Requirements

• Immigration lawyer licensed to practice in Germany.
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
