💼 About This Role

You'll lead the client journey from contract through renewal for emerging tech commercial and Research Security clients. You'll partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities and orchestrate Strider's capabilities to deliver results. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client kickoff, training, onboarding, and business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales.
• Partner with internal teams to provide resources for clients.
• Act with urgency to satisfy priority client requests.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years client success or client-facing consulting experience.
• Proven track record of enabling clients to achieve results.
• High learning agility to comprehend unique capabilities and data sets.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environment as a self-starter.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Research Security or Export Controls.
• Client success in SaaS, DaaS, or intelligence company.
• Familiarity with Corporate/Information Security clients.
