💼 About This Role

You'll be the human bridge between TwelveLabs' video understanding platform and mission-critical government operations, deploying multimodal AI models in secure government environments. You'll own end-to-end technical delivery and customer success for US public sector clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with government customers to understand video analysis workflows
• Design and implement video understanding solutions using TwelveLabs platform
• Deploy AI models in GovCloud, Azure Government, FedRAMP, and classified networks
• Build custom pipelines integrating APIs with government systems

📋 Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to attain TS/SCI clearance
• 7+ years of software engineering or technical solutions experience
• Strong coding ability in Python
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Salesforce, SharePoint
• Familiarity with federal security frameworks (RMF, NIST, FedRAMP)
• Prior work in government networks (classified or unclassified)
