💼 About This Role

You'll develop and deliver technical training for autonomous surface vehicle systems, supporting DoD and commercial customers in field and operational environments. Your work ensures platform reliability and readiness during extended deployments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver training programs for ASV system sustainment and diagnostics.
• Provide instructor-led classroom and hands-on technical instruction to internal teams and customers.
• Support development of training materials, assessments, and certification standards.
• Provide on-site technical support during ASV installation, integration, and commissioning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, robotics, or equivalent technical experience.
• 3-5 years experience supporting hardware/software systems in maritime or autonomous platforms.
• Experience delivering hands-on technical training in operational environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, or integrated software systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting DoD or government customers.
• Military technical maintenance experience.
