Description

Join an autonomous Agile team to create a competitive advantage for Kaizen Gaming, working closely with product owners and engineers to ensure the quality of new features through manual and automated testing. You will take technical ownership of the testing life cycle, distribute test cases, and research new tools and methodologies to improve existing practices.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT related discipline
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test
• Hands-on experience in OOP languages (C# preferable)
• Hands-on experience with web browser automation tools (e.g., Selenium/Playwright)
• Familiarity with relational database engines (SQL)

Responsibilities

• Review user stories and acceptance criteria to develop test plans and test cases
• Participate actively in scrum ceremonies to distribute test cases according to the test pyramid
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Take technical ownership of STLC for new features to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Research test tools, methodologies, and trends to upgrade existing practices
