You will manage multi-disciplined projects up to $50M, overseeing all activities from needs assessment through execution. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain budgets and schedules, and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• Intermediate MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Project) skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze contracts and construction documents

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans
• Create and maintain design and construction team
• Develop and present project budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
