You'll support commercial negotiations for Recorded Future's EMEA region with Fortune 500 customers and large public sector organizations. Your core impact will be drafting and negotiating agreements while collaborating with Sales and Marketing. This hybrid role offers a chance to work with a leading intelligence company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors
• Work with Sales and Marketing to achieve their goals
• Review marketing materials and initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university
• Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction (qualified lawyer)
• Fluency in English and German or French
• At least 3 years of transactional experience
