You'll drive subscriptions through web funnels by managing and optimizing paid social ad accounts on Meta and other platforms. You'll own 7-figure budgets, make data-driven decisions, and prepare weekly strategies in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns primarily on Meta
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and provide feedback
• Run tests to identify winning creatives, audiences, and strategies
• Research market trends, competitors, and best practices in paid social

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest
• Experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend across paid social channels
• Experience running campaigns across multiple countries and regions
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau or MixPanel
