• Develop and execute US launch and brand strategy.
• Drive launch readiness and scenario planning.
• Create core marketing materials and shape brand narrative.
• Partner with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams.

📋 Requirements

• Doctorate with 4 years or Master's with 7 years or Bachelor's with 9 years marketing experience.
• 5+ years progressive commercial experience in biopharma/biotech.
• Experience with product launches or major indication expansions, preferably in oncology.
• Strong analytical mindset leveraging insights for decision making.

• Oncology experience, especially with prostate cancer.
• Familiarity with specialty markets and novel therapeutic mechanisms.
