💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical development of spacecraft from concept through flight, spanning commercial and USG programs. You'll own the successful delivery of a qualified vehicle, directing multidisciplinary teams and solving program-threatening issues. This role combines technical rigor with a sense of urgency to meet business goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical and programmatic execution of existing spacecraft and new derivatives.
• Own the successful delivery of a qualified vehicle through integration, test, and operations.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and engage in the smallest technical detail.
• Identify, preempt, and solve issues that threaten the program.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering or similar.
• 10-15 years of experience in spacecraft development or operations.
• Demonstrated past ownership of complex projects.
• Deep understanding of several spacecraft disciplines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with Commercial, NASA, and DOD customers.
• Demonstrated leadership in full product lifecycle of one or more vehicle subsystems.
• Solid fundamentals in FDIR and fault tolerant schemes.
