💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic data partner for Fastly's global Business Analytics team, owning data architecture, visualization, and analysis for the Client Services organization. You will drive customer health and retention through automated insights and consultative collaboration across global time zones. This high-autonomy role allows you to shape data infrastructure and processes from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own tracking, reporting, and analysis of Client Services activities
• Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries
• Act as data consultant for cross-functional partners
• Maintain and optimize data infrastructure (BigQuery/Looker)

📋 Requirements

• B2B business analytics expertise with mastery of Salesforce
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Google BigQuery and Looker
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention metrics in SaaS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with dbt and version control like Git
• Knowledge of Python or R
• Experience with Gainsight or Zendesk
