💼 About This Role

You'll support the risk culture and integration of the risk management framework at a fast-growing fintech serving over 5 million clients. Core impact: advising senior management on risk identification and contributing to strong governance structures. You'll also produce risk presentations and monitor KRIs to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the integration of the risk management framework
• Advise and challenge senior management on risk identification
• Assist teams in completing biannual Risk and Control Self Assessments
• Track and manage Risk Event submissions and root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Business, or Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to quickly process information
• Understanding of Risk Management is a plus
