💼 About This Role

You'll own the onboarding journey for upmarket and enterprise customers at Yotpo, a leading eCommerce trust and loyalty platform. You'll architect scalable solutions across Reviews and Loyalty products, managing complex implementations from kickoff to go-live. This role combines technical expertise and project leadership for innovative eCommerce brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff to launch
• Design and guide customers in implementing multi-product solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions and define solution architecture
• Architect integrations using APIs, webhooks, and data feeds

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or solutions engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, APIs, and webhooks
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Familiarity with major eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Headless commerce or custom architecture experience
• Data migration experience
