- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field with 10+ years commercial operations experience.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or branded healthcare sales environments.
- Proven experience working with sales organizations to drive execution and performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
