💼 About This Role

You'll own the full product design lifecycle for consumer and developer products in the web3 ecosystem, from research to high-fidelity UI. You will work in a small, collaborative team, shaping both B2C and B2B surfaces and contributing to design systems. This role offers high impact and visibility in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full product design lifecycle from research to production-ready specs
• Design and iterate across consumer-facing products and developer tools
• Develop, scale, and maintain design systems for multiple products
• Create interactive prototypes to explore solutions and guide product direction

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in product design with end-to-end shipped products
• Experience working on both consumer products and platform or developer tools
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including component architecture and design systems
• Strong prototyping skills with high-fidelity interactive prototypes

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or blockchain-based ecosystems
• Experience with AI-augmented design workflows and emerging creative tooling
• Background in building scalable design systems across multiple surfaces
