You'll own Courier Health's value measurement framework, lead complex analyses, and act as the analytical authority in executive client engagements. You'll build a culture of rigorous storytelling across the organization, coaching teams on translating data into compelling narratives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics, data science, or value engineering in client-facing role
• Expert-level SQL and scalable analytics infrastructure experience
• Deep expertise in experimental design and cohort analysis
• AI fluency with experience applying AI to analytics workflows
• Executive presence communicating to C-suite stakeholders
