💼 About This Role

You'll help enterprise customers adopt AI by discovering high-value use cases, building custom solutions, and driving adoption. You'll turn ambition into working systems, working at the intersection of customer, product, and engineering. This role offers the chance to define AI adoption standards in an AI-native startup backed by Y Combinator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run AI use case workshops and scoping sessions with customers
• Build and deploy custom agents, integrations, and workflows
• Support sales with technical demos and proof-of-concept environments
• Create reusable templates and reference architectures

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Engineering, Technical CS, or similar)
• Experience with enterprise customers and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
• Fluency in English (C1+)

✨ Nice to Have

• German language skills
• Background in technical consulting or AI-native company
• Experience with enterprise software or developer tools
