You'll lead bipartisan flood policy advocacy on Capitol Hill for a nonpartisan coalition. Your work will drive smarter federal investment in flood resilience and national security. This role offers the chance to shape policy with 500+ coalition members.
π― What You'll Do
- Represent AFC on Capitol Hill and lead outreach to Federal Champions
- Expand engagement with administration and federal agencies
- Build relationships with bipartisan partners and stakeholders
- Track congressional and federal agency developments
- Create policy materials like fact sheets and talking points
π Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in House, Senate, federal agency, or government relations
- Government relations expertise and networks in relevant issue portfolios
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and bipartisan relationship-building track record
- Bachelor's degree
